2006 SANGIOVESE
Deep, black cheery colour with expansive aromas of red fruits, plum and mocha. Concentrated earthy flavour's of currant, black fruits and black pepper intermingle with a touch of leather.
This fruit was carefully selected from neighbouring premium vineyards. - 2 Bottle Limit.

2002 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The nose shows blackcurrant & violet aromas, the palate has good weight varietal fruit, with fine tannins. The wine should cellar well for at least ten years but is highly drinkable now.

2005 TEMPRANILLO
The nose is complex and savoury, the palate is rich and plummy with lots of herbal and spicy flavour's integrated with French oak.

2004 SHIRAZ
The nose shows a strong varietal perfume enhanced by a waft of black pepper. Intense fruit is supported on a smoothly textured palate by beautifully finished ripe tannins. At least five years improvement can be anticipated.

2005 ROSADO
Made from Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Spanish variety Tempranillo. This wine is pressed off skins early and fermented cold to retain the vibrant fruit characters of this unique mixture of varieties.
The aroma is that of cranberry/brambleberry leaving a soft fresh finish on the palate.
A great wine for hot summer afternoons, for stirring memories and for retelling of tales of years past.
Served chilled with aperitif & pasta dishes.

2005 SHIRAZ TARDIVE
Made from Shiraz grapes picked six weeks later than normal (early May). The grapes were left on the vine till partially raisined, giving the wine a rich plum pudding nose and a firm tannic finish with some sweetness.
