2009 The Spanish Imposition $18.00 Bottle
Originally planted as Spain’s fashionable white variety Albarino, our vines were identified as a minor French variety Savagnin which appears to be still grown as Albarino in Spain. A small parcel of this variety is grown in our cool climate vineyard. Fermented with 100% wild yeast this wine shows aromatic flavours of peach and apricots, slightly minerally with a long lemony palate.
Serve with seafood dishes, Tapas, Paella & Risotto

A small parcel of Riesling is grown in our cool climate vineyard showing a floral delicate palate with limey flavours and finishing with a crisp, zingy acidity. Made with 100% wild yeast.

2008 Chardonnay $18.00 Bottle
Perfectly ripe King Valley fruit delivers plenty of varietal flavour in this wine. Made with 100% wild yeast fermentation, this wine was left on lees for 7 months before bottling to create a savoury intense wine with a long creamy palate.
Serve chilled with barbequed fish or spicy chicken
2009 Late Harvest Verdelho $20.00 Bottle (Discounted by ½ case or full case)
An elegant dessert wine made from very ripe Verdelho grapes. This wine has lifted aromas of tropical fruit, melon and peach with a balanced acidity. This wine ages very well and is best consumed slowly in good company.
